Our Process

When you submit keys for us to service, your order is reviewed and you’re provided an estimated completion time. Your keys are then processed through our restoration center. Each key is fully reconditioned and tested--guaranteeing that a fully functional key is returned to you. Some keys include new shells, some include emergency insert keys, some include both, some require neither. Detailed information about specific keys is available by viewing our current catalog page.

When your order is complete, a Fresh Car Keys representative will contact you to inform you that your order is ready to ship and coordinate payment. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and PayPal. Upon payment, your order will be shipped via a trackable method, typically USPS. Our rapid turnaround time includes international shipments.
